About Us Cake Whimsy was founded in Los Gatos by Diana Katra, who was quickly joined by her sister Rachael. Coming from a family of passionate eaters, they decided to combine their love of all things dessert with their artistic abilities. The rest is history. Here at Cake Whimsy, we approach each and every cake we make as an art project, and pride ourselves on our attention to detail.
